Bedford County proudly unveiled its Bells Across PA bell, “Through Bob’s Eyes,” honoring the legacy of Bob Webb, a beloved community pillar and photographer who worked at Visitor’s Bureau until his passing in July.
Designed by artist Morgan Young using Bob’s own photographs, the bell celebrates America's 250th anniversary and serves as a tribute to the way Bob saw and shared Bedford County.
